In the present investigation we developed novel controlled drug delivery of well-known NSAID Aceclofenac, which was successfully encapsulated into chitosan microspheres by single emulsion and chemical cross linking technique using glutaraldehyde. Prepared microspheres were subjected to FT-IR, SEM, studies. In the FT-IR spectrum of Aceclofenac (ACF) loaded chitosan microspheres does not shown any interaction between polymer and ACF.
